Commercial Conveyancing Assistant

As a key member of our firm, you will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct administrative tasks including file opening, providing quotes and billing
- Communicate with clients, third parties and other legal professionals
- Maintain files, records and organise legal documents
- Call handling, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Updating our case management system as appropriate to ensure we remain compliant and matters are kept up to date
- Dealing with property related portals including HM Land Registry, LMS, Lender Exchange and individual bank portals
- Post-completion work
The ideal applicant:
- Must have knowledge of commercial conveyancing
- Offer strong organisational and time management skills and have good attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent client care and effective communication
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office and have some experience of a case management system
The suitable candidate will have at least 24 months experience in a similar role.
This is a full-time and office-based position.
