Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer
We are looking for a conveyancing solicitor / licensed conveyancer to work alongside our reputable conveyancing team in our office in Birkenhead.
This is a full-time office-based role where you will be an integral member of a busy department.
You must be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge in residential conveyancing. A minimum of 3 years PQE in a similar role or at least 5 years experience as a conveyancing case handler is essential.
The successful applicant will:
- Work closely with the head of residential conveyancing with a mixed caseload of residential matters for private clients and investors
- Maintain files from initial instruction through to post-completion ensuring the highest standards of service throughout
- Draft and approve legal documentation
- Offer strong organisational and time management skills in a busy department
- Demonstrate excellent client care and effective communication between colleagues and third parties
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office and utilise case management systems
- Have a proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines
